I am trying to figure out what to charge to consult a company on the side on insurance billing?

I have been asked to consult a company on insurance billing, train on billing, and consult when problems arise. I have another full time insurance billing job and this would be extra income for me as well as helping this new company out. I really do not know what to charge, I was wondering if someone has done this and can give me insight on how to price this

As you’re a consultant, they won’t be paying any workers comp or other benefits, or payroll taxes – you’d have to pay those yourself.
I’d expect you to be billing them between $30 and $50 an hour.
