   I think an associates in Business Administration is best. This is because with a general degree you have more options for job opportunities. Business Admin covers all aspects of business. Medical Billing & Insurance coding is limited and a degree with a specified name will limit your job opportunities to that profession.

   The medical field in all areas is expected to grow substantially through 2016 according to the Occupational Outlook Handbook. If it were me, I’d get a certificate in medical transcription, coding, and billing to be the most diversified. Best wishes to you.
